Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this site and anything you buy from us. Using the site means you accept them.
McIlhattan Media ("we", "us") is the entity providing these services. We operate under the brand name GrowthHackr, which is also the name of our YouTube channel. In these terms, "we" means McIlhattan Media.
What we provide
- The Growth Hackr System — a free diagnostic. You submit information about your offer, ads and funnel, and we email you an analysis of where the earliest problem appears to be.
- The AI Marketing Execution Sprint — a paid engagement that includes a full diagnostic of your offer, ads and funnel, a prioritised list of what to fix, campaign assets built from that diagnosis, and 30 days of access to re-run the diagnostic as you make changes.
- Continuation access — an optional monthly subscription for ongoing access after the Sprint. Cancel any time.
- Free educational content — including articles and short videos published on our own site and YouTube channel.
How our output is produced
Our diagnostics, written content and videos are produced by AI systems with human oversight. Our videos are disclosed to YouTube as containing AI-generated content. We think you should know how the thing you are reading or watching was made.
AI systems can be wrong. Everything we give you is information and analysis for you to evaluate and act on using your own judgement.
No professional advice, and no guaranteed results
Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing we provide is a promise of any particular business result.
We do not guarantee, and do not claim, that you will earn any specific amount, increase revenue, reduce cost per lead, or achieve any other outcome. Any results described anywhere on this site — including any prior client results — are examples of what happened in a specific situation. They are not typical, not a prediction, and not an assurance of what will happen for you. Marketing outcomes depend on your offer, your market, your execution and factors outside anyone's control.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information. A diagnostic built on inaccurate inputs will be a poor diagnostic.
- Only submit information you have the right to share. Do not submit other people's personal data, or confidential material belonging to someone else.
- Comply with the law and with the rules of any advertising platform you use. You are responsible for what you publish and how you market.
- Do not misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to it, and no automated submission of the intake form.
Payment and refunds
Payments are handled by Stripe under their own terms. Prices are shown at checkout.
Our refund promise is the one we make on the sales page and we will honour it as written: if you go through the Sprint and do not come away with at least one clear, actionable fix you did not already know about, tell us and we will refund you. No hoops. Email growthhackrhq@gmail.com.
Continuation access is a monthly subscription. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months.
Intellectual property
The materials we produce and publish remain the property of McIlhattan Media. When you buy the Sprint, you may use the assets we produce for you in your own business, including commercially. You may not resell, redistribute or republish our materials as your own product.
What you submit to us stays yours. You give us permission to process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The service depends on third parties including Netlify, Stripe, Google, Kit, Anthropic and fal.ai. Their availability is not within our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
Availability
We do not promise the site or the automated systems will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue something you have paid for and have not received, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, McIlhattan Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms or misuses the service.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and McIlhattan Media agree that the state and federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
